EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanging or returning all products for change of mind is NOT applicable under this policy. Company reserves the right not to proceed with any return requests made AFTER customer has signed for purchased product upon receipt
THERE ARE TWO CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGE:
1. The company has delivered wrong items or sizes according to customers' orders
2. The items delivered are damaged or not in a good condition
In case of exchanging items regarding the two conditions, you must report problem and make a request for exchanging the products via wish to exchange or return the product via: Hold'em Denim Call Center. 096-886-8488 or send a message via our Facebook page: @holdemdenim888 within 3 days from when your doer is fulfilled.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Note: the products has to be returned to the company IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS ATTACHED within 5 days from when your exchange request is comfirmed by the company.
Option 1: Delivery via any Thai delivery company back to “Hold'em denim Shop at Vegas's cafe& Gallery, No. 168 Nakorn In Frontage Rd Tambon Bang Khanun, Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi 11130" Tel. 096-886-8488
Option 2: Deliver products via other delivery company such as Lineman, Lalamove, or Grab back to Holmedanim Shop
Option 3: Dlivery products by yourself at Holmedanim Shop
Once the purchased items has been delivered to the company. The company will send you a new item within 5 days (if in stock)
IMPORTANT NOTE:

You can only exchange a product for the same product or a different product with the same price.

In case there is no new product for exchange, the company will compensate you by giving a refund

There is no additional fee for exchanging products
