WARANTY AND REPAIR

Product warranty and repair policy

Holem Denim Company Limited provides customers with the most satisfying purchasing experience with the product warranty policy as follows:

 

1. Life time warranty

2. Our products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for up to 12 months. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use

3. The company reserves the right to change, amend warranty conditions. without prior notice

Holdem product warranty consitions

Note: 

All repair products except the rope head, there is a minimum processing time for repair of 3-4 weeks. Customers need to clean every item that is being sent for repair 

1. Repairing products for use in resale or other commercial purposes.
2. Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters (lightning, floods, fire, earthquakes) and insects and animals is considered void of warranty.
3. Damage caused by improper use such as water stains, glue stains, animal droppings, or rust marks.
4. Damage caused by washing in a washing machine or using the wrong type of cleaning solution, burn marks from ironing, discoloration of other fabrics, or discoloration from exposure to sunlight for a long time

How to send products for repair

Option 1: Sending through Thai post

1. Report a product problem - If you encounter a problem after using the product and wish to send the product for repair, please contact Hold'em Denim Call Center. 096-886-8488 or send a message via Page Facebook: @holdemdenim888. 
2. Waiting for confirmation  - Our staff will contact you by phone for repaire comfirmation before proceeding with repair processes

Send the product  to “Hold'em denim Shop at Vegas's cafe& Gallery, No. 168 Nakorn In Frontage Rd Tambon Bang Khanun, Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi 11130" Tel. 096-886-8488. Send the product along with a note the area that you want to get it repaired, name, address and contact number which will be used for sending the repaired product back to you. 
Once the product has been repaired delivered to the Hold'em Denim store and got repiared, the staff will contact you back by phone to inform you of the product delivery details again.

Option 2: Send to product to Hold'em Denim store.

1. Report a product problem - If you encounter a problem after using the product and wish to send the product for repair You can contact the staff at the Holdem Denim store throughout business days and hours. Our staff will inspect the product and send it back to the factory for repairs.
2. Waiting to receive the product - you can inform the staff of the method that is convenient for you to receive the product. You can receive the product in 2 ways as follows:

Pick up the product yourself at the store
Receive products via Kerry Express

In the case of sending for repairs by post If there is no indication of the point that needs repair along with your name, surname, address and contact number for sending the product back to you the store is not responsible for delays or loss of products in any case.
